Job Summary:
Renu Contracting & Restoration is a leading general contractor specializing in commercial construction. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, innovative solutions, and building lasting relationships with our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Attend all job meetings
  • MEP coordination
  • Create 2 week look a-heads for work forecast and provide to PM
  • Schedule and direct subcontracts and on-site labor
  • Maintain a safe job site
  • Maintain required postings, signage, warnings, barricades, first aid kits, fire extinguishers
  • Conduct, log, and track toolbox safety talks
  • Job tracking to be done in Procore
  • Maintain detailed daily reports
  • Keep PM up to date with project progress or delays
  • Take and maintain progress photos
  • Transmit all project documentation to the office
  • Keep up-to-date binders of approved submittals and MSDS sheets
  • Maintain a conformed set of drawings and update them with addenda and SKs throughout the project
  • Create accurate as-built drawings for closeouts
  • Inform PM of potential cost savings
  • Inform PM of all change orders
  • Perform authorized change orders
  • Review budgets with PM and note all impacts on cost
  • Establish General Conditions budget with PM and manage and review costs with PM daily.
  • Material Ordering - establish material needed and review with PM and order material list supplied by Project Supervisor
  • Offer input to potential subcontractors
  • Review the work scopes of each subcontractor
  • Press Architect and CM for timely punch lists
  • Complete all punch list items within 2 weeks for receipt
  • Review subcontracts and familiarize with the scope of work
  • Minimize subcontractor change orders
  • Maintain subcontracts onsite
  • Complete as-built drawings
  • Assist PM in compiling required close-out documents for the job


Education:

  • Osha 10
  • Osha 30
  • CPR Certified


Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines.
  • Management and problem-solving skills.


Experience:

  • Prior Construction Supervisory Experience (2-3 years minimum).
