Now Hiring: Maintenance Project Supervisor – Irving, TX


Lone Star Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Project Supervisor to support operations at a large food distribution center in Irving, TX. This position is responsible for overseeing maintenance-related projects, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. This role requires frequent travel and strong computer proficiency for reporting, project tracking, and communication.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects across multiple facilities and locations
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and completion schedules to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
  • Communicate regularly with maintenance teams, vendors, contractors, and management regarding project updates and operational needs
  • Assist in planning preventative maintenance schedules and facility improvement projects
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and food distribution standards
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and maintenance records
  • Utilize computer systems and software for tracking projects, inventory, work orders, and reporting purposes
  • Conduct site visits and travel frequently to oversee project progress and resolve operational issues
  • Support troubleshooting and coordination of repairs for warehouse equipment, facility systems, and general maintenance needs
  • Assist with vendor management, service scheduling, and contractor performance evaluations
  • Promote a safe and productive work environment at all times

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in maintenance supervision, project coordination, facilities maintenance, or related field preferred
  • Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or food distribution environment is highly preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and project tracking systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Must be willing and able to travel frequently
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
