From managing subcontractor proposals to creating precise project schedules, your attention to detail ensures every project runs smoothly and successfully. You lead by example, supporting your crew, tackling challenges head-on, and even rolling up your sleeves when extra hands are needed.
Your organizational skills keep projects on track-you maintain accurate job logs, inventories, and documentation while providing real-time updates on budgets, schedules, and potential risks. Safety is your priority: you conduct daily job site meetings and ensure every task meets industry and company standards. Available 24/7, you respond to client needs quickly, helping your team deliver a positive, professional experience during critical restoration projects. At First Onsite, you'll take pride in your work, grow your skills, and join a team that values dedication, collaboration, and professional development.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee overall project management and ensure the scope of work is met
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules for crews and subcontractors
  • Manage jobsite documentation: daily logs, reports, inventories, timesheets, equipment records, and material tracking
  • Monitor project budget, gross profit, and schedule; report risks proactively
  • Manage change orders and scope adjustments
  • Perform additional tasks as needed, including physical labor
  • Maintain vehicles and equipment ready for response
  • On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours

Experience & Education:
  • Read Xactimate scopes & manage budgets
  • Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end
  • Maintain 4+ industry certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required
  • Vast experience in Asbestos remediation, Asbestos certification preferred
