Votre futur role

Au sein de l'equipe Finances, vous etes en charge du controle des couts d'approvisionnement et des rapports sur les Work Packages (WP) afin d'assurer les conditions necessaires a la realisation des objectifs financiers des projets assignes.

Vous agissez en tant qu'interface avec les operations, en particulier avec le responsable de l'approvisionnement du projet et les responsables impliques dans le suivi de l'evolution des couts lies aux WP.

Ce poste base a notre site de St-Bruno sur la Rive-Sud de Montreal est un poste permanent a temps plein (40h/semaine) - Aptitudes a travailler dans une organisation internationale, multi-sites et matricielle dans un environnement de travail hybride - 3 jours sur site.

 

Vos principales responsabilites

 

  • Gerer les couts des perimetres d'approvisionnement des projets assignes
  • Identifier les inducteurs de couts pour l'optimisation globale des couts de materiaux du projet
  • Analyse, validation et de la nomenclature de fabrication des materiaux (BOM)
  • Assurer la coherence entre les chiffres Budget/Previsions/Projets
  • Revue mensuelle des evolutions des nomenclatures par sous-systeme/categorie de materiel/fournisseur

 

Votre mission

 

  • Assurer la gestion du QCD Finance (Qualite, Cout, Delai) des projets assignes en etant methodique et proactif
  • S'assurer de la conformite du processus d'approbation WP
  • Etre le point de reference et le partenaire commercial du Project Procurement Manager/Project Finance Manager
  • Gerer les Risques, Savings et les Opportunites
