DIRECTEUR, APPROVISIONNEMENT

Basé au bureau opérationnel de Québec (Beauport).

Relevant du Chef de la Direction Financière, le Directeur, Approvisionnement occupe un rôle stratégique au sein de l'entreprise. Il est responsable de l’ensemble des activités d’approvisionnement sur une base globale pour la compagnie, en soutien aux opérations, aux projets et aux priorités d’affaires de l’organisation.


À la tête d’une équipe d’environ 12 personnes au Canada et aux États-Unis, incluant des acheteurs et des magasiniers, il assure la performance, la structure et l’évolution de la fonction approvisionnement. Il définit les orientations, met en place les meilleures pratiques et veille à l’optimisation des coûts, de la qualité, des délais, des risques fournisseurs et du niveau de service

offert aux unités d’affaires.


Par son leadership, sa vision d’affaires et sa capacité à rallier les parties prenantes, il contribue directement à la création de valeur, à la continuité des opérations et à la croissance future de l'organisation.


AU QUOTIDIEN VOUS AUREZ À:

• Définir et déployer la stratégie globale d’approvisionnement de l'organisation en cohérence avec les objectifs d’affaires;

• Diriger, mobiliser et développer une équipe composée d’acheteurs et de magasiniers répartis au Canada et aux États-Unis;

• Structurer les processus, politiques et outils d’approvisionnement afin d’améliorer l’efficacité, la gouvernance et la qualité du service;

• Optimiser les coûts, les niveaux d’inventaire, les délais d’approvisionnement et la performance globale de la chaîne d’approvisionnement;

• Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de négociation et de gestion des fournisseurs;

• Assurer une collaboration étroite avec les opérations, l’ingénierie, la finance et les autres fonctions internes;

• Identifier et gérer les risques liés aux fournisseurs, à la disponibilité des biens et services, aux contrats et aux marchés d’approvisionnement;

• Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance et des mécanismes de suivi pour mesurer les résultats et soutenir l’amélioration continue;

• Contribuer aux initiatives de transformation, de croissance et d’intégration des pratiques d’approvisionnement à l’échelle de l’organisation;

• Participer à la revue diligente lors d’acquisitions d’entreprises et préparer et déployer les plans d’intégration de la fonction approvisionnement.


CE QU’IL FAUT POUR RÉUSSIR :

• Vous détenez un diplôme universitaire en administration, gestion des opérations, chaîne d’approvisionnement, finance ou dans un domaine connexe, combiné à une solide expérience en approvisionnement stratégique, idéalement dans un environnement multisite, opérationnel et nord-américain.

• Expérience significative en gestion d’équipes d’approvisionnement ou de fonctions connexes;

• Solide compréhension des processus d’approvisionnement, de négociation, de gestion de fournisseurs, d’inventaire et de contrats;

• Leadership mobilisateur, sens politique et capacité à influencer dans un environnement matriciel;

• Esprit stratégique jumelé à une forte capacité d’exécution et d’amélioration continue;

• Excellentes habiletés de communication, de collaboration et de gestion des priorités;

• *Bilinguisme français et anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, afin de collaborer avec les équipes et partenaires au Canada et aux États-Unis.

*Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis pour ce poste puisqu’il comporte des interactions avec des intervenants hors Québec répartis dans l’ensemble du réseau en Amérique du Nord ainsi qu’à l’international.
