In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Participate and collaborate as a member of the unit’s management committee in developing, implementing, and monitoring the strategic plan to ensure the company’s growth and profitability
  • Supervise, engage, and participate in the skills development and succession planning of the team under your responsibility

Purchasing

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies aimed at optimizing and effectively managing costs, quality, timelines, and supplier-related risks
  • Lead and oversee negotiations and contractual agreements with suppliers
  • Develop sustainable partnerships with key suppliers
  • Conduct strategic monitoring of the supplier landscape

Procurement

  • Define and drive the procurement strategy in alignment with the company’s growth objectives
  • Optimize procurement processes to ensure the availability of raw materials and products
  • Oversee and optimize inventory management to reduce costs while ensuring operational continuity

Planning

  • Oversee planning activities (demand forecasting, production planning, S&OP)
  • Work closely with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure effective execution of plans

Profile
