Our client, a leading importer of home fashions, is looking for a bright and hardworking Project Manager to join their team!!!! This role is key to ensuring the smooth execution of supplying custom home furnishing products (lighting, mirrors, etc) to our clients hotel brands across North America. This is a hybrid position.
As Project Manager, you'll serve as the primary liaison between our hospitality clients and internal teams. You'll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from initial quoting to final delivery—ensuring all specifications are met and deadlines are maintained. You'll coordinate with overseas suppliers, track approvals, and maintain clear, professional communication throughout.

Responsibilities:

· Act as the main point of contact for hospitality clients throughout the course of a project
· Review and confirm product specifications and requirements with clients and internal teams
· Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
· Manage and track shop drawing and finish approvals
· Provide status updates to clients and anticipate potential delays or issues
· Coordinate with overseas suppliers to ensure production timelines are met
· Maintain detailed documentation and records of all project milestones
· Collaborate closely with our production, design, and logistics teams
Requirements:

· 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in a product-based or manufacturing environment
· Experience working with imported goods and overseas suppliers
· Strong written communication skills—especially via email with clients
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Comfortable managing multiple projects at various stages
· Experience with Microsoft Excel
· Experience in the hospitality industry or custom products is an asset
