What you will accomplish with us
As a Student - Procurement Technician, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Maintaining information, updates, and report production for various registries, including renewals, contract registers, and savings registers;
  • Managing and processing various administrative requests from business partners, requestors, and suppliers related to procurement directives or the resolution of operational issues;
  • Supporting advisors and buyers in their files and in completing various administrative tasks, such as issuing purchase orders, resolving problematic invoices, and creating suppliers within the procurement system;
  • Processing orders for certain goods and services and ensuring the appropriate follow-up while complying with procurement directives;
  • Supporting buyers in the implementation of agreements and maintaining the S2P catalog using information provided by buyers;
  • Conducting product and service research using the tools available to you;
  • Contributing to cost control, quality of work, timely delivery of results, and adherence to deadlines across your responsibilities;
  • Maintaining professional relationships with supplier representatives in accordance with the Code of Ethics.
