Step into a global role where procurement helps power the spaces, services, and supplier partnerships that keep our people and projects moving. As a Procurement Specialist, Global Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management; you will support WSP's global Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management operations through hands-on indirect procurement activities that help services run efficiently, compliantly, and cost-effectively. Working closely with Workplace, Facilities Management, Finance, and regional stakeholders, you will manage sourcing activities, supplier onboarding, contract administration, purchase orders, and supplier performance across workplace-related categories. 
Your Impact
  • Execute sourcing activities, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations for CRE/FM services.
  • Manage purchase orders, contract administration, renewals, and procurement documentation. 
  • Support procurement requirements across workplace services, facilities maintenance, property management, capital projects, security, food services, fleet, and utilities.
  • Onboard suppliers and maintain accurate supplier records.
  • Monitor supplier performance, service levels, and contract compliance.
  • Resolve supplier, PO, and invoice-related issues in partnership with stakeholders and Accounts Payable. 
  • Partner with Workplace, Facilities Management, and business teams to understand operational requirements.
  • Provide procurement guidance and updates throughout the sourcing and contracting process.
  • Support global procurement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ESG standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track savings, supplier performance, and procurement metrics.
  • Maintain accurate procurement data within procurement and ERP systems. 
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • 4-6 years of indirect procurement experience is required, preferably supporting Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management. 
  • Experience procuring services in areas such as workplace services, facilities maintenance, property management, capital projects, security, food services, or utilities. 
  • Experience with sourcing, supplier management, contract administration, and procurement systems. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; French is an asset.
  • Strong procurement and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing and operational procurement activities simultaneously. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with experience reviewing spend and supplier performance data. 
  • Proficiency with e-sourcing, ERP, and procurement systems.
  • Knowledge of ESG and responsible sourcing practices.
