The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager of Procurement Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving cost savings and operational efficiency within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will focus on executing, managing, and optimizing purchasing processes, confirming the organization obtains quality goods and services at competitive prices. Your efforts will contribute significantly to enhancing supplier relationships and streamlining procurement operations.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver impactful results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to navigate challenges and make informed decisions. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.

Responsibilities
- Leading procurement operations to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
- Managing supplier relationships to secure quality goods and services at competitive prices
- Implementing procurement strategies and optimizing purchasing processes
- Utilizing procurement software to streamline purchase order management and contractual compliance monitoring
- Conducting cost analysis and business requirements analysis to support procurement decisions
- Facilitating contract lifecycle management and vendor risk management to mitigate potential risks
- Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex procurement challenges and enhance service delivery
- Applying systems thinking to identify opportunities for procurement process improvement
- Engaging in strategic questioning and storytelling to convey impactful messages and align procurement goals with organizational objectives
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to validate outcomes and act on feedback
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
