We are seeking an Operations Procurement Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in supporting procurement activities across a diverse real estate portfolio. This position focuses on vendor management, sourcing execution, acquisition support, and policy compliance. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient, transparent, and compliant procurement operations.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and onboard vendors, ensuring strong relationships and performance.
  • Execute sourcing activities, including RFQs and negotiations for mid-range procurement events.
  • Support acquisitions with quotes, budgets, and contract coordination.
  • Deliver training on procurement processes and enforce policy compliance.
  • Assist with local contract management, including analysis, drafting, and scheduling agreements.

  • College diploma or University degree in accounting, business, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
