The location in Lachine, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Sales Manager, Quebec Region. This job is full-time permanent.

Overview: As a Sales Manager for the region of Quebec, you will support and coach the sales organization to achieve strategic and financial objectives of Ariva, increase our overall sales profitably, diversify our customer base, and to build and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors.

Your Challenges:

Sales Strategy & Performance

  • Set targets, forecasts, and budgets; drive revenue and margin growth
  • Achieve/exceed annual sales targets (warehouse & direct sales)
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and coach sales, merchandising, and customer service teams
  • Conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching
  • Foster high-performance culture and team collaboration

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with procurement, operations, credit, and customer service
  • Align teams toward business objectives

Business Growth & Relationships

  • Expand customer base and diversify product offering
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and vendors
  • Support supplier partnerships and product development

Operations & Governance

  • Manage budgets and sales expenses
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and ethics standards

Your Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bilingualism*.
  • Computer literacy required, SAP knowledge an asset.
  • Competencies/skills including coaching/development, leadership/team builder, change management, problem solving, strategic planning and organization.
  • Knowledge in the graphic arts industry is an asset.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales including 2-3 years in sales management is required and an overall drive for success is essential.
