Integrity Architecture is currently seeking a full-time Architectural Project Manager to oversee the planning, design and execution of new building projects tailored to clients’ needs and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • NAAB accredited bachelor's degree or master’s degree in architecture or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience is preferred- projects include K-12 Education, Area Technology Center, Civic and Municipal Facilities, Judicial Facilities, Healthcare and Commercial and Hospitality
  • Portfolio of completed projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, and TwinMotion are desired
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and consultation skills
  • Ability to translate client ideas into visual and/or tangible references such as sketches, drawings, or models
  • Proficient with Autodesk Revit building information modeling (BIM) software; projects are 100% produced in Revit

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all project efforts from beginning pre-design to final close-out
  • Produce and lead projects through design and construction documents, including coordination of consultant plan documents
  • Prepare and present designs, specifications, estimated costs, and project schedules; review and comply with agency, life safety, and building code requirements; respond to the technical implications of design decisions
  • Manage client budgets, schedules, and programs; manage project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments.
  • Manage projects during construction administration including permitting, bid / negotiation, submittals, construction documentation, progress meetings, and on-site observation to meet contract requirements
  • Estimate project scope of work, schedule, oversee and advise and instruct project designers
  • Participate in quality assurance / quality control
  • Prepare strategic plans and serve as client liaison
  • Professional development pursuits on a quarterly basis; maintain awareness of evolving building technology and systems
  • Mentor and develop project designers and emerging professionals
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
