About the role
As Planning Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of long-term projects by ensuring effective resource planning, allocation, and utilization. Working closely with Project Managers, Team Leads, and Consultants, you will help build high-performing project teams, maintain planning accuracy, and support workforce and project management activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and cross-check the project planning created by Project Managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and prevent overallocation.
  • Daily monitor and plan resource capacity, project demand, and future staffing needs.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leads to identify and assign suitable resources.
  • Maintain accurate planning and resource availability data within planning systems.
  • Support Project Manager activities, including updating the project planning and timesheet approval.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to select and assign resources to shape project teams for new or ongoing projects based on skills and (long-term) availability.
  • Act as a key point of contact between project delivery teams and resource stakeholders.


Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in resource planning, project coordination, PMO, or workforce management.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at different levels and challenging Project Managers
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications: SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Collaborative mindset, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • An excellent level of English, verbal and written
