Construction Project Manager / Owner's Representative
Location: Remote but must located in Colorado (50% Travel Required, Travelign inside of CO and surrounding states)
Duration: 12-Month Contract-to-Hire
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager / Owner's Representative to oversee the deployment of EV charging infrastructure across a large delivery network. This individual will serve as the primary point of coordination and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, partnering with design teams, engineers, utilities, architects, vendors, and construction partners to ensure successful execution.
The ideal candidate has experience managing complex infrastructure, construction, or electrification projects and excels at driving cross-functional alignment, mitigating project risks, and maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of EV charging infrastructure deployment projects.
  • Serve as the Owner's Representative and primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project activities across design, pre-construction, permitting, engineering, utility providers, construction, and commissioning teams.
  • Manage relationships with utility companies and navigate complex utility coordination requirements.
  • Ensure design packages are completed, approved, and properly stamped by licensed architects and engineers.
  • Drive project schedules, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, consultants, and external partners.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources throughout project execution.
  • Provide regular project status updates and maintain accurate project documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in construction project management, infrastructure projects, or owner's representation.
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional construction or capital projects.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including design, permitting, construction, and commissioning.
  • Experience coordinating with utility providers and navigating utility-related project requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% throughout Washington, Idaho, and Utah.
  • Experience managing projects within budget and schedule constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting EV charging, electrification, energy infrastructure, or transportation-related projects.
  • Familiarity with commercial construction, site development, or facilities deployment projects.
  • PMP, CCM, or related project management certifications.
Must-Haves
  • 5-7+ years of Construction Project Management or Owner's Rep experience
  • Large-scale infrastructure or construction project experience
  • Utility coordination experience
  • Design, permitting, and commissioning oversight
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to travel 50% throughout WA, ID, and UT
  • EV charging/electrification experience preferred but not required
