Job description

Our organization is a leading data center developer and owner-operator, delivering scalable, mission-critical infrastructure for enterprise and hyperscale customers. The properties platform focuses on site selection, development, and delivery of high-performance data center campuses in key markets.

The Project Manager will support Senior Project Managers and Directors by helping deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams, along with design oversight to ensure alignment with lease commitments, operational requirements, and cost controls.

This position will also manage project budgets and schedules using tools like Yardi and Procore, proactively tracking risks and exposures. The Project Manager will support the full project lifecycleโ€”from design and construction through commissioning and tenant coordinationโ€”while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as point of contact for transfer of files, documents, records, and distribution with external vendors
  • Compile and maintain complex contract data to be routinely accessible and generate reports as required
  • Draft, prepare, and proofread letters and documents to external partners
  • Properly create and maintain internal filing structures
  • Assist and oversee Development Coordinators by providing proper coding, routing, information, and coversheets as necessary
  • Review electronic document signature workflows (DocuSign)
  • Create and maintain master schedules and hold all vendors accountable to project timelines
  • Set up initial project details, including budgets, vendors, and billings
  • Track contractual agreements, oversee change orders, and prepare cash flow projections
  • Manage timely monthly invoicing and support submission of pay applications, schedules of values, lien waivers, etc.
  • Manage vendor contracts in accordance with project budgets and billing terms
  • Oversee project change management, filing, and record keeping
  • Prepare and manage executive-level monthly project reporting
  • Assist in procuring external consultants such as special inspectors, commissioning agents, and design teams, as well as supporting the procurement of general contractors
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional team members including Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Accounting to maintain project alignment
  • Travel as needed based on project location

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of project management experience in construction
