Job description

Amazon is seeking an experienced candidate to join GREF Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) group as a Finance Manager in our Amazon HQ1 (Seattle, WA) or HQ2 (Arlington, VA) location who will collaborate with key business partner, Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team as well as work cross-functionally with entire GREF FP&A team. This FP&A position will be charged with driving the annual operating plan, managing the forecasting processes and providing analytical support to our stakeholders, as well as maintaining and delivering on key performance metrics, and developing and reporting on the financial performance of the GREF team. This role will also support execution of global initiatives and improvements across GREF, as needed.

This individual will also support GREF customers with purchase order, accounts payable, and month-end accrual inquiries.
This position requires a proactive, highly motivated self-starting individual with an aptitude for financial analysis and modeling, who leverages AI and operates well in an ambiguous environment. This person will also be expected to take a leadership role in driving positive change by evaluating and streamlining existing regional and global operational processes.

Additionally, the senior analyst will support development of new tools, reports and processes for the team.
