Job description

Overview
Knowledge Services is currently seeking an Imaging Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day operations of government contract imaging teams. This role will be responsible for project planning, staff oversight, customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, and quality control for assigned contracts. The Supervisor will manage 15-30 staff and serve as a key operational point of contact for contract stakeholders. This position is a critical step toward progression to a Senior Imaging Operations Manager role.
Work Location: Indianapolis, IN (East Side). Some travel required.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 4:00PM - 12:30AM (Second Shift)
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
  • Provide daily direction to employees in order to accomplish projects.
  • Manage project timelines, quality and outcome of Customers orders.
  • Lead, mentor, cross train and provide accountable standards and measures to the department employees.
  • Research and resolve customer issues, modify work procedures as needed to meet customer demand.
  • Ability to assist in the invoicing process.

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment for a team of 15-30 employees in a similar field
  • Strong team training and leadership skills
  • Understanding of the imaging processes, demonstrated leadership skills with strong technical background and organizational skills.
  • Ability to assist in the invoicing process.
  • Strong project management experience in a high volume production environment.
  • This position requires effective communication, internally and externally. There will be interaction with multiple areas with greater focus on local market communication. External communication may consist of infrequent Customer visits, written and verbal communication.
  • Kofax knowledge is a plus
  • Prior Federal document imaging is a plus
  • Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating manual or electric pallet jacks required.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.

This is a long-term position offered at $31-40/hr ($65,000-85,000 annually) with paid time off, benefits, and a 40 hour work week of Monday-Friday 4:00PM-12:30AM. Please apply now for immediate consideration.
