Position Title: Project Manager
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as the individual will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects ranging in size and complexity, primarily focusing on new builds and remodels. Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage commercial construction projects under $5 million
  • Estimate project costs and manage budgets
