  • Performs administrative activities such as collecting, maintaining, monitoring and reporting on: -Support for planning activities such as roadmap development, and dependency management across teams.
  • Weekly status of the Program -Documentation delivery to ensure action items are completed, reviewed, and approved, - Program spending and program metrics. - Program requirements, documentation, issues, funding and risks.
  • Meeting logistics, notices, written communication and meeting minutes. - Program objectives via metrics and reports for distribution. - Program plans and schedules for distribution to program team members.
  • Tasks and action items pertinent to the success of the individual projects.
  • Program and project changes as needed.
  • Communications to internal clients, team members and leadership.
  • Schedule information to clients, customers support organizations and vendors.
