IT Project Manager

IT Delivery | Azure DevOps | Digital Operating Model

Full-Time | Hybrid (2–3 Days On-Site) | 5–7 Years Experience

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time IT Project Manager to join our team! We offer full benefits, PTO, 401k, and more! This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week on-site at the candidate’s preferred hub location: Chicago, IL | Peoria, IL | Dallas, TX | Broomfield, CO | Cary, NC. Candidates must reside near one of these locations. If you are a detail-oriented IT project manager who thrives on driving complex technical delivery across global teams within an extremely reputable, stable Fortune 500 company — let’s talk!

Position Overview

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our PMO team in a hybrid role, operating within the Digital Operating Model framework. You will manage the full delivery lifecycle of IT projects — coordinating across IT, digital product, and engineering teams from multiple business units and locations to align scope, resolve dependencies, and drive projects to completion on schedule. You will serve as both a project delivery lead and a key communication hub between internal customers and technical teams, leveraging extended PMO best practices for continuous improvement.

Key Contributions & Responsibilities
  • Operate within the Digital Operating Model framework, applying agreed governance, delivery practices, and team ways of working.
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery trackers; track progress, key decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies, driving follow-up actions to keep work on schedule.
  • Coordinate meetings and working sessions with IT, digital product, and engineering teams to align scope, technical dependencies, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Use Azure DevOps and Confluence to manage work items, document plans and decisions, maintain project artifacts, and provide visibility into delivery status.
  • Prepare and deliver regular stakeholder updates covering status, risks, blockers, and upcoming milestones to ensure alignment and timely decision-making across business units.
  • Leverage extended PMO team experience for best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Team Structure & Work Environment
  • You will work with internal customers and teams across various business units and facilities, managing delivery across distributed, cross-functional groups.
  • This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days on-site per week. Candidates must reside near one of the following hub locations: Chicago, IL | Peoria, IL | Dallas, TX | Broomfield, CO | Cary, NC. Candidates willing to relocate must do so at their own expense and must clearly indicate relocation status on their resume.

  • PMP certification is a nice-to-have.
Required Technical Skills
  • Strong IT technical background with solid understanding of technical requirements and architecture dependencies.

  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and delivery visibility.
Required Soft Skills
  • Heavy attention to detail — able to track and manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and action items simultaneously without losing accuracy.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently; strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and connect effectively with teams across different organizations, business units, and locations.
