Cardinal Integrated Technologies Inc is seeking an IT Project Manager IV to manage complex, cross-organizational projects. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring all aspects of internal information system-specific projects while serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
• Plans, coordinates, and monitors all aspects of internal information system-specific projects, which translate business objectives and requirements into workable plans, requirements documents, technical and functional design documents and models
• Gathers required data from Stakeholders, IT Team, and Business SMEs to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications
• Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints
• Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met
• Keeps leadership (up to C-level) informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results
• Coordinates and monitors technical projects or programs from initiation through delivery
• Implements consistent process and tools for program management using Agile Scrum/Kanban
• Ensures successful delivery of large impact and/or cross-functional product initiatives
• Provides input on team and project performance
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ Years of Experience managing complex, cross-organizational projects
• Plans, coordinates, and monitors all aspects of internal information system-specific projects, which translate business objectives and requirements into workable plans, requirements documents, technical and functional design documents and models
• Gathers required data from Stakeholders, IT Team, and Business SMEs to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications
• Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints
• Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met

• Experience providing effective written and verbal communication with all levels of leadership (including C-Level) required
