Job description

601am is a growing web development company, primarily building and supporting websites for media companies.
We are looking for a skilled project and client manager to provide exceptional client service, manage projects, own client relationships and win new business.
In this position, you will:
Manage Projects
  • Create project plans
  • Plan resources
  • Manage project budgets
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, quality delivery of client projects
  • Escalate potential problems to management

Work with Clients
  • Work to understand clients' strategic goals
  • Gain consensus on client needs and deliverables
  • Serve as day-to-day contact to our clients
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships at multiple levels
  • Provide frequent status updates both internally and externally
  • Manage crises
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Work with clients and support staff to resolve escalated support tickets

Improve Processes
  • Reporting
  • Process documentation
  • Process improvement
  • Conduct and document project post-mortem
  • Create a knowledgebase of use cases and project plans

Grow Existing Client Business
  • Identify opportunities for renewals and growth from both services and support clients
