Job description

Project Scheduler (Hybrid)
VAA is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with and assisting Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and other departments to develop detailed and accurate schedules, maintaining them through the life of the project.
Your role:
  • Assist the Project Manager to maintain discipline-specific schedules and budgets for multi-discipline projects and coordinate with all disciplines for successful project delivery in accordance with company standards.
  • Establish and maintain engineering budget projections and project reports.
  • Work closely with project management team in setting project goals and analyzing the status of projects.
  • Interface the schedule with the project budget; monitor actual progress and milestones, compare to baseline, and report progress against the schedule.
  • Maintain scheduling tools, and analyze variances.
  • Participate with the project team as schedule advisor to ensure early identification of problem areas; support development of corrective action plans.
  • Perform detailed review of contractor schedule submittals including baseline, monthly updates, and impact schedules.
  • Support schedule claim analysis where needed.
  • Potential for up to 20% for travel to construction job sites or client offices.

Your resume must include:
  • Certificate in construction related design/drafting or construction management or related field.
  • In lieu of certificate high school diploma or GED and at least one year of directly related experience required.

Starting Hourly Salary Range: $28.00 - $38per hour. A variety of factors are considered when determining an offer including, but not limited to, market data, geographic location, experience, and specialized skills.
