Dayton, MN | Direct Hire | $100k - $125k

Konik is partnered with a growing construction company that is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. This position offers strong benefits, bonus potential, and a company vehicle allowance.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery from handoff through closeout
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff
  • Lead estimating, bid procurement, and project buyout activities
  • Manage contracts, RFIs, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and forecasts
  • Review and process submittals, shop drawings, and related documentation
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and quality standards
  • Prepare and present reporting, including forecast at completion
  • Ensure smooth and timely project closeout processes

Construction Project Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
