Description:
Full-time, year round (255 days), Administrative Assistant to the Principal for Sun Path Elementary.
Job Summary:
Provide advanced office support as well as knowledgeable, professional administrative services to students, staff and community in an efficient, courteous and timely manner so the overall district educational objectives may be achieved. Manage daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school office or department.
Qualifications:
High school diploma is required
3-5 years progressive clerical experience and managing staff
Verifiable experience using Skyward and Infinite Campus programs preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
Ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, clerical, interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong interest in working with students is necessary
Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, and possess the ability to work independently
Intermediate accounting/bookkeeping skills
Prior experience in education setting preferred
