We're Hiring: Project Manager - Construction
LMC Corporation is looking for a Project Manager with JOC experience and strong skills in Line Item Estimating to join our team. This role is all about taking ownership-managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and making sure projects deliver on time and on point.
What you'll do:
  • Manage projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and close-out.
  • Perform Line Item Estimating and ensure accurate pricing for JOC and other contract types.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
  • Monitor budgets and expenses to drive profitability.
  • Review and approve vendor/subcontractor payables and submit monthly invoices.
  • Visit sites regularly to confirm quality, safety, and progress.
  • Solve problems quickly and keep stakeholders in the loop with clear updates.

Requirements
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience managing construction projects, with a strong background in Job Order Contracting (JOC).
  • Expertise in Line Item Estimating.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills-you can juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (RS Means, Gordian, or similar).
