Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator at Spectrum, you will play a pivotal role in keeping residential and commercial site surveys and construction projects on track and on schedule. Your attention to detail and proactive communication will ensure projects move forward smoothly, directly impacting Spectrum's ability to deliver reliable services.

Responsibilities

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate and track site surveys and construction project status for residential and commercial fiber and coax installations
  • Support the permitting process by serving as a subject matter expert and maintaining accurate reporting for permits
  • Schedule and monitor construction referrals to ensure timely completion
  • Respond to, route, and track requests and updates related to construction projects
  • Maintain construction management tools with current project statuses and notes
  • Monitor and report on required pole transfer activities
  • Adhere to applicable local, state and federal regulations and Spectrum policies

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
