About the Position

Mason Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our low-voltage technology and electrical integration projects. This position works closely with Project Managers, field technicians, warehouse teams, vendors, and customers to coordinate the day-to-day activities required to keep construction projects moving from award through completion.

The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction, electrical contracting, low-voltage systems, or a related field and is comfortable coordinating between office operations and field installation teams. This role is focused on supporting the successful delivery of projects through effective scheduling, material coordination, documentation, project tracking, and communication. Our projects involve the installation and integration of systems such as structured cabling, audiovisual systems, security, access control, fiber optics, and other low-voltage technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate low-voltage construction projects from project award through completion and closeout.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, field technicians, general contractors, vendors, warehouse, and customers to keep projects on schedule.
  • Assist with project scheduling, technician assignments, site access, material procurement, and deliveries.
  • Track project progress, milestones, materials, and outstanding items.
  • Review technician reports, project documentation, and system updates for accuracy.
  • Communicate project updates and resolve scheduling, material, and field-related issues.
  • Assist with change orders, project documentation, billing, and final project closeout.
  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, electrical, low-voltage, telecommunications, AV, security, or a related industry preferred.
  • Experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a similar role.
  • Understanding of construction workflows, including scheduling, material procurement, field installation, and project closeout.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or construction management software; ConnectWise is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with structured cabling, fiber, audiovisual, security, or access control is a plus.

Position Type: Full-Time, In-Person

We are currently only considering candidates who already live within commuting distance of our office. This role is not open to relocation and relocation assistance is not provided.
