Job description

Our Brand Manager will be accountable for the day-to-day management of the Fiber Well brand, the development and commercialization of new products, P&L management, monthly sales forecasting, innovation project management, packaging and pricing strategy. This role blends brand strategy, operations, analytics, product commercialization, and cross-functional leadership to drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
  • Help drive strategic brand planning; manage the execution of the marketing plan to ensure efficient and effective use of the budget
  • Create strategy for new launches and work directly with COGS to inform pricing
  • Manage Fiber Well product launches, from ideation to commercialization, including new item setup in internal systems and retailer portals, packaging, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Brief marketing, eComm, web, and digital teams on new item launches, ensure copy and creative assets are developed per brand guidelines and ready in time for launches
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across COGS, procurement, regulatory, operations, inventory planning, and sales teams
  • Drive growth and profitability of the Fiber Well brand
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all facets of marketing
  • Trend and sales analysis using POS and Nielsen Data
  • Review and ensure the profitability of promotional activity
  • Conduct monthly sales forecasting, inventory analysis, and planning to ensure proper in-stock levels
  • Lead the development of new items from artwork kick off and
  • Work closely with the sales team on new item and brand strategy presentations
  • Oversee advertising, events and public relationships
  • Manage the end-to-end process of Fiber Well marketing, distribution and promotional programs
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years in product/brand marketing; experience in the CPG industry a plus
  • Ability to identify and interpret trends
  • Analytical, strategic, and creative thinker
  • Brand financial planning experience
  • Proven experience in planning, delivering, and measuring direct marketing campaigns
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
  • Willing to travel to trade shows, sales meetings and/or retailer presentations
