  • Manage the details and timeline for the production of all structural elements (booth structure, cabinets and demo stations, product displays, overhead signage, etc.) as well as all graphic elements.
  • Manage the details and timeline for all freight logistics and on-site services (including install & dismantle schedules).
  • Keep project teams informed on all details, hold planning meetings as needed to share updates, gather approvals, communicate challenges, answer questions, and solve issues.
  • Ensure all project details are current and up to date within MSM's project management software (Monday.com).
  • Drive quality and continuous process improvement by identifying and reporting quality & process issues.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Project Management, or other closely related field is a plus.
  • Project management experience in tradeshows, events, exhibits, or experiential marketing is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus but not required.
  • Budget management and analytical skills.
  • Positive, accountable, and service-minded attitude-dedicated to building productive partnerships.
  • Familiarity with exhibit fabrication, installation, and event logistics is highly valued.
