About the role:

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead our projects using a variety of project management methodologies including Agile. This role requires a versatile individual who can adapt to the needs of each project, ensuring efficient delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both traditional project management principles and Agile practices, able to seamlessly switch between these approaches as required.

Responsibilities include:
  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget, employing traditional or Agile methodologies
  • Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders to drive accountability throughout project timelines.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential concerns or issues, and devise contingency plans.
  • Adopt and apply best practices in project management, including risk management, quality assurance, and change management.
Education and Experience:
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork
  • Proven experience in project management, including traditional and/or Agile methodologies.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience leading software development projects in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) and/or Agile methodologies (CSM, ACP) is highly desirable.
