Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedDirector of Project Management to lead the establishment of strategic enablement including governance frameworks, leading risk oversight, and ensuring program compliance across all strategic PMO programs. They will own and implement program management standards, driving process and procedure improvements, and developing standards. Additionally, this role is responsible for building project management operational capabilities through training, fostering continuous improvement, and delivering insights via key performance indicators, while monitoring program health and overseeing resource allocation and budgets for R&D product development plans and PMO critical initiatives. Reporting directly to the Program Management Office Lead, this role will lead planning of critical initiatives that support business goals and oversee timelines, approvals, and communication plans serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers. Note: This position requires up to 10% travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of the portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and initiatives based on strategic value, feasibility, and resource availability.

  • Establish and coordinate governance frameworks to monitor project progress, decision-making processes, and compliance with corporate policies.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $150,000 - $258,750.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
