  • Serve as the primary escalation point for cross-functional challenges requiring alignment or decision resolution
  • Drive adoption of modern solutions and AI tools to expand adoption and achieve target metrics
  • Shape and articulate the narrative for how Commercial Excellence is evolving and why-rooted in market realities, consumer shifts, competitor actions, and technology trends

  • At least one (1) year of experience in consumer, CPG, retail, or other fast-moving commercial sectors

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Experience in consumer, CPG, retail, or similarly complex commercial environments.
  • Experience working across global, cross-functional, and highly matrixed organizations and teams.
  • Understanding of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Sales Excellence, with leadership experience in RGM or Sales.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly self-sufficient, with strong skills in planning, execution, orchestration, risk management, prioritization, and decision facilitation.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority across business and corporate teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
  • Experience with AI.

Work location:
  • Onsite: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.
