Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner closely with Product, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Sales, and HR to drive aligned execution.
  • Serve as a neutral integrator across functions to resolve prioritization conflicts and resource constraints.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees and working sessions as needed.
  • Ensure clear communication, decision documentation, and alignment across stakeholders.

Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs for the HD initiative portfolio.
  • Establish performance metrics to measure PMO effectiveness, project outcomes, and execution health.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
  • Improve project throughput, decision speed, and execution quality over time.

Financial & Resource Management
  • Support business case development, financial tracking, and ROI measurement for HD initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure project investments align with budget, forecast, and strategic priorities.
  • Optimize resource allocation across initiatives to maximize business impact.

Qualifications
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
