Aniesispharma, LLC, a pioneering pharmaceutical company focused on innovative therapies, seeks a highly organized Remote Project Manager to lead pharmaceutical development projects from initiation to closure. This vital role involves defining scope, timelines, and managing remote cross-functional teams. You will mitigate pharmaceutical development risks and ensure clear stakeholder communication. Requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and pharmaceutical industry understanding in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead pharmaceutical project planning, including objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management.
  • Manage and motivate remote cross-functional teams in a collaborative, scientific environment.
  • Serve as the primary contact for project communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate pharmaceutical development-specific risks (e.g., clinical, regulatory, manufacturing).
  • Develop and manage project budgets for research, clinical trials, manufacturing, and regulatory activities, ensuring financial compliance.
  • Create and maintain schedules with key pharmaceutical milestones (e.g., IND, clinical phases, NDA/BLA).
