Job description

We're looking for an organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through successful completion. In this fully remote role, you'll coordinate teams, manage project timelines and budgets, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Lead meetings with internal teams, clients, and executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and project success.

Qualifications
