Walbunn Tech Pro LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Project Coordinator to support project planning, scheduling, documentation, communication, and administrative coordination across multiple business and client initiatives.

The Remote Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to help ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with company objectives. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Schedule and organize virtual meetings, project reviews, and team communications.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, reports, and tracking systems.
  • Assist with project planning, resource coordination, and workflow management.
  • Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks and action items.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support project objectives.
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts or project risks and escalate appropriately.
