Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at Mosaic, your goal would be ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer specification and level of quality. Our Project Managers lead multiple projects simultaneously and serve as partners to our internal Consultants and our external clients to make sure our projects are running efficiently.
What you'll do:
• Lead project team in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts for projects to ensure project deliverables meet expectations for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and our clients
• Present and own budgets for the life cycle of the project
• Ensure appropriate use of Mosaic's project management tools, guidelines, and methodologies
• Develop, define and execute project plan, scope and deliverables. Engage in decisions that impact project scope and communicate any changes to the team and management
• Identify and track issues or obstacles to the project, assess impact and execute a timely resolution

• 3+ years of implementation/consulting project management experience
• 3+ years of HCM implementation experience
• Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work.
Nice to haves:
• A completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
• CAPM or PMP certification
• Experience working with UKG products
How you'll be measured:
• Maintaining target utilization rate
• Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet the project's requirements
• Ability to identify, track, and report to stakeholders on risks and project health
• Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication and responsiveness, land & expand awareness, focus on quality of deliverables, setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients
• Managing day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and maintaining your book of business
