Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Program Manager
This position can be located in either NE, IA, CO or IN and hybrid remote work is available.

Position Summary
The FTTH Program Manager bridges the gap between residential sales strategy and technical execution. You will design, track, and optimize fiber rollout projects, ensuring that sales commitments seamlessly transition into successful customer installations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Integration & Workflow Optimization
  • Align FTTH deployment programs with market demand and company growth objectives.
  • Partner with dispatch, installers, and district managers to balance sales volume with install capacity.
  • Monitor the end-to-end customer journey from initial order through live activation.
  • Optimize order-to-install workflows to increase conversion rates and reduce cancellations.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Response Center (CRC) to streamline inbound sales and customer retention efforts.

2. Project Management & Execution
  • Define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for residential sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation, tracking tools, and KPI dashboards.
  • Apply modern project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to drive efficiency.
  • Run post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement best practices.

3. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
  • Serve as the central communication hub between leadership, cross-functional teams, and external contractors.
  • Facilitate regular alignment meetings across sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Proactively identify project risks, resolve conflicts, and implement mitigation strategies.

4. Safety & Professionalism
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of GPC's product suite and telecommunications technology.
  • Follow and champion all company safety guidelines, workplace inspections, and compliance policies.
  • Present a highly professional and courteous image to customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills
Required Education & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: 2-3 years supporting or coordinating technical, business, or telecommunications processes.
