Oso Communications Inc. is seeking experienced Leader FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) Installation Technicians to join our growing team!

Position Details
  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Full-Time Work Available
  • Pay: $1,200–$2,000+ per week (based on production)
  • Consistent workload
  • Weekly pay
Requirements
  • Experience installing FTTH services
  • Reliable truck or work van
  • Fiber splicer/fusion splicer, preferred 
  • Ladders and all tools required to complete installations
  • Ability to troubleshoot and activate fiber services
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused
Responsibilities
  • Install fiber services from the terminal to residential homes
  • Complete inside and outside installations
  • Splice, test, and activate fiber services
  • Ensure clean, professional installations
