Housley Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager โ€“ FTTH to oversee and manage all field operations related to the deployment of FTTH infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of fiber optic networks, and experience in managing field crews to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on FTTH deployment projects.

  • Manage multiple crews across various job sites.

  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

  • Perform regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards.

  • Coordinate with engineering teams, permitting authorities, and utility companies.

  • Track project progress, material usage, and labor costs.

  • Resolve field-level issues and escalate critical concerns to upper management.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, redlines, and as-builts.

  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
