Job description

Build your career with Ezee Fiber, proudly recognized by PCMag as the Best Overall ISP in the U.S. for 2026.

At Ezee Fiber, you'll do more than build a career; you'll help shape the future of connectivity. Every team member plays a vital role in delivering reliable, high-speed internet and exceptional customer experiences. Whether in the field, in the office, or behind the scenes, you'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, professional growth, and making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

At Ezee Fiber, our success is built on delivering Speed, Simplicity, and Service in everything we do. Guided by our core values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, and Collaboration, we empower our employees to do the right thing, support one another, take ownership of their work, and work together to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and the communities we serve.

As the Manager, Community Engagement you will be the strategic voice of Ezee Fiber in the communities we serve. This highly visible role is responsible for developing and executing community engagement and presentations that support our Fiber to the Home (FTTH) projects.

You will serve as the primary liaison between Ezee Fiber and HOAs, utility districts, management companies, and other key stakeholders—advocating for our initiatives while ensuring community concerns are addressed with transparency and care. Your work will directly influence FTTH project success by fostering public trust, mitigating risks, and strengthening local partnerships.

  • Lead strategic planning and execution of community engagement for FTTH deployment projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with HOA management companies, HOA boards, utility districts, and community leaders.
  • Serve as the public face of Ezee Fiber at town halls, council meetings, and other public forums—educating stakeholders about the FTTH construction process and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with internal construction and engineering teams to map outreach efforts and communicate key FTTH project updates to impacted neighborhoods.
  • Identify and manage potential community concerns or resistance to FTTH construction, developing proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Plan and lead educational events, neighborhood outreach campaigns, and stakeholder briefings to build community support and understanding of fiber network benefits.
  • Ensure alignment between community engagement efforts and permitting, construction, and maintenance timelines.
  • Monitor engagement budgets, track metrics, and report regularly on community feedback and project sentiment.
  • Serve as a cross-functional partner with legal, operations, and communications teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.

Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Construction Management, or a related field. Three (3) or more years of experience in telecommunications or utility construction.

  • Experience supporting or managing FTTH projects or similar fiber infrastructure rollouts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong public speaking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Skilled in navigating sensitive political environments and working across departments.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations and reports to executive and community audiences.
  • Willingness to travel and attend evening or weekend events as needed.
