Location: Onsite - Tampa, FL
Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)
Contract Length: 6 months (possible extension)
Compensation: $21/$24 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the Role
Join a leading biopharma company in a vital onsite position as a Business Center Coordinator. You will provide essential administrative and operational support to executive leadership and ensure smooth functioning of the Tampa site. This is a high-visibility, highly organized role requiring a proactive approach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to multiple executive directors, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing
  • Coordinate and plan site events, manage conference room bookings, and provide on-site technology and support
  • Maintain the Business Resource Center, overseeing storage, mailroom distribution, and supply management
  • Serve as liaison to facilities operations, site security, emergency services, and EH&SS
  • Ensure office supplies and collaborative spaces are maintained and functional
  • Support internal communications and execute the operational plan using tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, and digital signage
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate events, projects, and community initiatives
  • Support the Business Resiliency Program and site orientation activities
  • Partner with corporate affairs for communication projects, including newsletters and content review

Required Experience & Skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MIRO, and collaborative tech platforms
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • Experience handling multiple calendars and requests
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Ability to work independently onsite 3-5 days per week

Basic Qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • High school diploma / GED and 2 years of experience
  • Certification that is directly related to the role and 2 years of experience
