HX5 is an award-winning provider of engineering, research and development, and technical services to clients such as NASA and the Department of Defense. Founded in 2004, HX5 is a fast-growing veteran- and woman-owned company with locations nationwide.
HX5 is currently seeking a Management Coordinator to join our team in Tinker Air Force Base.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • This position supports the Mobility and Training Aircraft Program Office and will demonstrate an understanding of DoD acquisition processes.
  • Will collaborate with the division chief, program manager, subject matter experts, and other personnel in the execution of the development programs and projects.
  • Edit, coordinate and publish program related documents, briefing slides, and meeting minutes
  • Assist with creation/update of schedules using the Government-licensed version of Microsoft Project
  • Create graphic charts of programmatic using data in spreadsheets following division staff guidance regarding content and display
  • Manage suspense tracking using SOCCER and the response submission process for the division
  • Assist the Government and Contractor personnel with arranging travel reservations and submitting travel voucher submission related to official trips
  • Ensure routine office supplies are stocked for use by division personnel

Education and Experience
  • Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience.
    • High school diploma, twenty (20) years of relevant experience and eight (8) years of DoD experience.
    • Bachelor's degree, fifteen (15) years of relevant experience and five (5) years of DoD experience.
    • Master's degree and twelve (12) years of relevant experience and three (3) years of DoD experience

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
Other Position Requirements:
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
  • Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance by start date.
  • Must be able to travel, including air travel.
