  • Support the GBS Integrated PMO governance model and decisionmaking processes
  • Contribute to standardized planning and estimation approaches
  • Build and maintain templates and guidance for program teams

  • Analyze program inputs to identify risks, dependencies, and themes
  • Provide clear insights and reporting to leadershipย

  • 5-8 years of PMO, program governance, or transformation experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and operate in global, matrixed environmentsย
