Job description

Position Summary

The Implementation Specialist II assists external clients in the implementation of software solutions. In this role you will consult with clients to evaluate needs and develop configurations that support business processes, define, and execute on delivery requirements. This role develops client implementation plans and provides training and end-user support to ensure the successful adoption of software applications. The role of the Implementation Specialist is to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and successful implementation of our products and services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine software configuration requirements

• Determine appropriate project implementation timeline with resource allocation to ensure successful and timely delivery

• Provide training and make recommendations to clients on best practices regarding the use of software

• Communicate and collaborate with Professional Services and Sales teams to inform of potential risks to successful and timely implementation with recommended mitigating actions

• Leverage business knowledge to understand viability and sustainability of implementation practices

• Identify opportunities for the implementation process and client advocacy improvement

• Assist with documentation of functionality for users and administrators of the Omnigo Software

• Assist the sales team during the sales process as needed

• Respond promptly to client requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

• 2 to 4 years prior experience in an Implementation Specialist or similar role

• Experience in Physical Safety or Security preferred

• Strong understanding of software and technology applications

• Excellent project management skills

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• A strong attention to detail coupled with documentation skills

• PM certification preferred
