About the Company



Due to continued expansion in the mission critical space, a Top 5 ENR general contractor is seeking a Project Executive to oversee delivery of a hyperscale data center project. This role will be based out of Dallas, Texas - with some travel to the project site, and will play a critical leadership role in one of the region’s most significant data center developments.


About the Role


The Project Executive will have full oversight of project performance, client relationships, and team leadership across a highly complex, technically demanding build. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in hyperscale or mission critical construction and a proven ability to lead large teams and deliver high-value projects successfully.


Responsibilities


  • Provide oversight of a hyperscale data center project from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Lead project teams including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and field leadership.
  • Maintain ultimate responsibility for project performance, including schedule, budget, and risk management.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee contract strategy, procurement approach, and commercial performance.
  • Drive project execution standards across safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Lead high-level reporting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
  • Mentor and develop senior project staff and build high-performing teams.


Qualifications


  • 10+ years of experience with a general contractor preferred.
  • Experience delivering hyperscale data center or mission critical projects.
  • Proven track record in a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager role on large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Deep understanding of complex MEP systems and mission critical infrastructure.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
