Job Summary

The Lead Scheduler will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of integrated project schedules across a portfolio of large-scale construction projects. This role plays a critical function in ensuring schedule integrity, forecasting accuracy, and proactive risk identification across all phases of construction from preconstruction through project closeout.

The Lead Scheduler partners closely with project executives, project managers, field leadership, and estimating teams to drive schedule performance, optimize sequencing, and support data-driven decision-making on complex, multi-disciplinary projects. This position is instrumental in driving successful execution of high-value, high-complexity projects. The Lead Scheduler ensures that planning translates into performance, helping the company deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
