Position Title: Project Director - Mayo Behavioral Health

Overview: Mayo Behavioral Health is a leading mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals through evidence-based practices and compassionate care. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Director to join our team and lead the planning and implementation of various behavioral health projects. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues, as well as contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned behavioral health projects, including budget, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify project goals and objectives, create a comprehensive project plan, and set realistic timelines for completion.
  • Lead and motivate project team members to ensure successful completion of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and funding agencies to secure resources and support for projects.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or delays, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
