About the Role

We’re looking for an Industrial Project Executive that will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling RNGD’s Industrial construction sector. This role provides strategic direction, operational leadership, and business development oversight for industrial projects including manufacturing, process facilities, liquid natural gas plants, and complex self-perform scopes. The Sector Leader operates with a builder’s mindset—establishing systems, teams, and processes while driving safe execution, strong client relationships, and disciplined financial performance. This role owns sector-level strategy, execution, and growth while partnering closely with enterprise leadership and shared services.


Core Responsibilities

  • Sector Strategy and Growth Leadership
    • Develop and execute the growth strategy for the Industrial sector, including market positioning, capability development, and long-term scaling plans.
    • Establish the operational framework, expectations, and performance standards for an emerging sector.
    • Serve as executive sponsor for key pursuits and early anchor clients to build market credibility and momentum.


  • Operational Excellence and Project Delivery
    • Oversee industrial project execution to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and margin objectives are achieved.
    • Provide hands-on leadership support to project teams during early-stage sector development.
    • Drive disciplined project selection, risk management, and operational controls appropriate for complex industrial work.


  • Business Development and Client Engagement
    • Lead client strategy and relationship development within industrial markets.
    • Support pursuit strategy, interviews, and contract negotiations for strategic projects.
    • Partner with Marketing and Business Development to strengthen sector brand presence and market visibility.


  • Team Leadership and Culture Building
    • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing industrial leadership and project team.
    • Establish clear expectations, accountability, and pathways for growth.
    • Model RNGD’s culture and core values while building a safety-first, high-performance environment.


  • Financial and Commercial Management
    • Own sector-level budgeting, forecasting, backlog development, and financial performance.
    • Support estimating strategies, pricing decisions, and commercial structuring for industrial projects.
    • Establish KPIs and reporting cadence to support scalable growth.


  • Enterprise Collaboration
    • Partner with shared services and vertically integrated teams (preconstruction, safety, manufacturing, equipment, HR, finance, legal).
    • Ensure alignment between sector goals and enterprise-wide initiatives.


Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.

· 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial construction or EPC/GC environments.

· Demonstrated success leading complex industrial projects and teams.

· Strong financial acumen with experience owning or influencing P&L performance.

· Proven ability to build teams, systems, and processes in growing or emerging business units.
