Location: New Orleans, LA -- Full-time, on-site position. Approximately 80-90% of the role will be spent at project sites, with the remaining time in the office.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee high-quality residential construction and renovation projects from planning through completion. This person will coordinate field operations, manage subcontractors and schedules, maintain clear communication with clients, and ensure every project meets Dixie Construction's standards for craftsmanship and service. The ideal candidate understands the unique challenges of working on older New Orleans homes and genuinely enjoys the construction process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential construction, renovation, remodeling, and restoration projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate daily activities among field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and material requirements.
  • Review plans, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Monitor workmanship and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits and address field issues promptly.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel between project sites throughout Greater New Orleans.

Pay and Benefits

  • Full-time, W-2 employment.
  • Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Eligible for performance bonuses of up to $2,000 per quarter ($8,000 maximum annually).
