Our client, a leader in infrastructure development, is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager to join their team. As a Sr. Construction Manager, you will be part of the Construction Operations supporting complex and mission-critical projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Construction Manager

Location:  St. Francisville, Louisiana

Pay Range: $140,000 - $185,000

What's the Job?

  • Lead and manage all field operations related to Division 26E scope, including enabling infrastructure, conveyance systems, grounding, and bonding interfaces.
  • Drive project readiness, coordinate multi-trade interfaces, and establish installation discipline to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Oversee installation activities, monitor daily production, and maintain alignment with project milestones and release requirements.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities to ensure system readiness and successful turnover.
  • Mentor and develop field leadership teams, including Foremen, to strengthen execution capabilities across the project.

  • 8โ€“12+ years of experience in construction execution, field operations, or mission-critical infrastructure environments.
  • Proven experience managing Division 26, electrical, or low-voltage scopes in complex projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both self-perform crews and subcontracted teams.
  • Excellent understanding of systems such as grounding, bonding, and installation dependencies.
  • Effective communication skills with a focus on driving accountability and team collaboration.
